When do my items get shipped?
Your items you purchase will get shipped as soon as your order is processed, pulled, and boxed.  Usually within 1 business day of the order.  Most items will ship directly from our main warehouse in central Iowa, while some will ship from other warehouses located across the country.

What happens when you are out of stock on an item I order?
We stock most of the items we sell, but in the unfortunate event of an item being out of stock, we will either substitute with an equal or greater quality item, backorder the item and hold your entire order, or ship the item from another warehouse.

What if an item gets backordered?
If an item is backordered for any reason, we will always contact you as soon as we find out.  You then have the option of waiting for the item to come back into stock, ship what we have and cancel the backorder, or ship what we have now, and ship the backordered part later for a small shipping charge.

Do you ship COD (Collect On Delivery)?
No.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my billing address?
When paying with a credit card, we must ship to a valid billing address for the card being used.  This does not have to be where the statement gets sent, but it must be a valid billing address on file with your credit card issuer.  For more details about how to add a "secondary" or "shipping" address, please call the number on your credit card.  When paying with PayPal, we must ship to the address attached to the payment.  You can have multiple shipping addresses defined within your PayPal account, please consult PayPal help for instructions on how to set that up.

I don't have a credit card or PayPal account, how can I pay for an order?
The only way to place an order on our website is to pay with Visa, Master Card, Discover, or PayPal.  When paying with a credit card, we must ship to a valid billing address for the card being used.  When paying with PayPal, we must ship to the address attached to the payment.  If you don't have a credit card or PayPal account, you can either get a pre-paid credit card or call us at (515)733-2890 and place your order by phone.  We will instruct you how to send a cashiers check or money order.

 

How long before I receive my order?
We ship FedEx, UPS, SpeeDee, and USPS depending on delivery location, size, and weight.  Aerosols and chemicals can not be shipped via USPS. If you choose USPS on these shipments, we will either ship by one of the other carriers if there is enough shipping charge to cover it, or cancel the order. Most items ship out of central Iowa and most delivery locations are within 5 business days or less of shipment for delivery.  Some items may ship from other warehouses across the country and your delivery time will vary.

How is shipping calculated?
Some items are flat-rate shipping to the contiguous 48 states for ground shipping. Other items shipping is calculated by weight, size, delivery location, and delivery option you choose.

Are your items new, used, or blems?
All of our items are new, unless specifically stated otherwise.
