Need to check your old balancer or damper?
On your old balancer or damper, mark the inner
and outer hub with a marker or paint pen. This will
help show any movement of the outer hub on the
inner hub.
Check back in a day or two to see if there was any
movement of the outer hub. If you do not see any
shifting then your balancer or damper should be
fine.

If you see the marks have shifted, it is time to
change the balancer or damper to a new one
before it causes damage to the engine.
Having an engine that is not in the correct timing
or balance will cause serious vibrations and can
cause major damage to your rotating assembly.
